I've been drinking the tea for approximately 1 week. Per the Dr. Oz show, I only drink it after dinner. At first I would drink 1 cup, but I found myself having to go to the bathroom more (because it states it is a diuretic). I found that when drink the tea that I must increase my water intake because it will get rid of water, which started affecting me during my cardio workouts. It has decreased the bloating, especially after a big meal. So my chickweed 'cocktail' is 1/2 cup per day unless I eat a big meal, then I drink 1 cup. I haven't weighed in to see if I've lost weight but I can tell a consistentcy in my waistline. SN: I'm also drinking pu-erh & oolong tea with the chickweed - great combo!

I read all of the reviews about the taste but has anyone had any success with the diuretic aspect of this tea and if so, what is the average time that it took to work?
